Moka Coffee Maker

This worked so well I have one at home now

Just a short break from the rest of the Spain and Portugal journey to discuss coffee.

One of the joys of traveling is discovering things. The apartment we rented in Malaga had no regular coffee maker, just this thing. So I searched online on how to use it and bought some ground coffee from the nearby Carrefore.

It turns out this simple pot makes great steam brewed espresso. I have one at home now and use it to make my afternoon decaf.

It’s a lot cheaper than your Breville, Nespresso, or Jura and does the job.
