Old Globe Saloon

Everyone seems to agree that this is the oldest bar in Carson City. The fact that it is dog friendly makes it that much better.

As the sign says it has been rebuilt since 1971 so it feels 50 years old versus being from the 1800’s but it has great character and the walls are filled with old kitsch and old photos.

The $3 pints of Happy Hour Hamm’s definitely feels like it’s from the last century.
