MacDuff’s Pub

MacDuff’s is a couple of blocks off of Hwy 50 and being just set back a little bit helps it avoid the crushing crowds during the summer. I like how you can reliably find a relaxing environment for your beer and grub.

The place looks like a big house because basically it is. They have plenty of seating inside and outside so I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait for a seat here. It also has plenty of umbrellas so you are comfortable outside during the summer and not getting toasted by the high altitude rays.

Dogs can’t go inside but they are welcomed with an ice cold MacDuff’s water bowl when they get there. Mine actually even got some bacon so they do get some love there.

This place used to be the Tudor Pub and now has a Scottish instead of English theme. The walls are adorned with the tartans of different clans.

Good beer selection and a big food menu here - and I mean big as in selection as well as big sandwich portions - bring your appetite.
