The Landing (Jimmy’s)

Set inside the Landing Hotel, this is a dog friendly location right across the street from the beach so you have a great view - especially of the sunset. They also have an outdoor patio with fire pits that is open when it’s not snowed in.

Jimmy’s Restaurant has a small bar as you enter. I wish it was bigger but I’ve actually never had a problem finding a seat (although I’m usually there during the day). I’ve also found the bartenders and staff there to be super friendly.

It’s a favorite spot of mine to day drink with my pup when I want to be away from the mayhem of the Stateline area on a nice day but also because you can get a proper cocktail in a great atmosphere. The restaurant has a bar menu if you want snacks at the bar. They also have a couple of TVs so you won’t miss a big game.

The bar itself has a cool onyx wall that extends underneath the bar along with the wine rack wall. Pretty good liquor selection and they have a happy hour as well.

Not much parking down there especially if it’s a nice day as the beach will get crowded but you can always valet park (and you can just march your pup through the hotel to the bar since the entire hotel is pet friendly).

Aside note - nicest bathrooms you will find in Tahoe along with Edgewood.
