Ramen Hajime

This place has some street cred as it was recommended to me by a Japanese person, the seats are filled mostly with Japanese people, and there are people waiting to get in when it opens.

But the thing that really drove me here was that I was looking for Niboshi ramen. In this globalized world where you can get anything everywhere, I could not find this outside Tokyo.

Granted, the version I had in Tokyo was anchovy based and more fishy but it was nice to be able to get this version here for this limited time.
