I’m going to assume this is an industry bar because who else would keep these hours?

They are open Tuesday through Thursday from 3PM-9PM and closed Friday-Monday (it reminds me of a bar I went to in Taipei called the Tender Land that had hours from 10PM-6AM and closed Friday and Saturday).

I had tried to go this bar a few times but was never in town when they were open.

The bar is a bit hidden off of 3rd street a couple blocks south of Market. They have quality cocktails with quality ingredients.

Great drinks by bartenders who care about the craft. I think using Antica Carpano sweet vermouth (which they do) for my whiskey cocktails may be my personal dividing line for how I grade a cocktail bar.
