My take on dim sum restaurants changes if I’m just there for the food and not there with a large group for a long social meal. If I’m just there to eat, I kind of like this kind of place that has the menu where you just pick everything. The places with the traditional carts is fine if you are there for a while but sometimes you need to wait until the thing you want comes out.

The food here is great and with the menu, you can always be sure to get the dishes that you want. The place is usually pretty busy with non-tourists so you know it’s good.
