The namesake noodle soup here is a bit different than the usual pho broth. This broth I found to be a bit sweeter.

The dipping side dish is also a salty shrimp paste with chili crunch vs the standard sriracha and hoisin sauce combo.

The signature soup also has blood cubes (which I found to taste like liver).

This is a very popular place that has the seats full and turning quickly.
